We can propose by hypothesis only. Our solar system with 1.6 Light year (LY) wide is not having any life other than ours. But what about universe with 156 billion LY wide and with billion billion stars?

It's "prove" not "proff". The fact of the matter is you can't- there is no way of proving life exists elsewhere in the universe until we actually find some. Until then (or until we have comprehensively searched the entire universe and found nothing) the question cannot be answered.

What you can work out, however, is the likelihood of there being any life. As there is a phenomenally massive amount of starts out there, I would be surprised if there wan't a tleast microbial life somewhere else. However, chances are they will be so far away we may not find anytihng for millenia.

There is no proof that there is biological (reproductive) life anywhere outside this earth. The probability is near zero.
The statement above:
quote"The requirements for life is,chemistry, time and environment.
All three are in abundance throughout the universe,so you can be sure it has happened many times in many corners of space."unquote
is wrong.
Science tried for fifty years to find some evidence for this thesis. This theory is now dead. Biologic scientists know that chemistry plus favorable environment plus time plus energy plus coincidence plus more time will NEVER start live in a form of a cell that can reproduce itself with all the genetic code with all the coding and decoding and all the information in it.
Science has shown that information can only be lost by randomly added signals. Genetic science and DNA biochemistry in the last seven years have put that fairy tale of spontaneous development of life to a honest stop.
If you still believe in that tale you were educated with a school book that was not updated in the last seven years.

The proof is in the molecules that are found throughout Space. Hydrogen, oxygen, carbon... these (and many others) are found everywhere in Space. It's only a matter of time, before another planet with "perfect conditions" will be found and life found within that planet. Do I think we will find aliens like on TV and movies, no... but other living organisms, yes, absolutely.

There is no proof and there may never be proof that intelligent beings[like us] exist in other areas of the universe.
The requirements for life is,chemistry, time and environment.
All three are in abundance throughout the universe,so you can be sure it has happened many times in many corners of space.
They probably act and think like us and theorize about us as we do about them.

The only place for human to live is only here on earth. Scientists have been studying on the possibility that there can be life aside from earth. But all I can say is they're searching in vain because humans can only live here on earth.

In the book of Acts 17:26-27, it is written –

“And He has made all nations of men of one blood to dwell on all the face of the earth, ordaining fore-appointed seasons and boundaries of their dwelling, to seek the Lord, if perhaps they might feel after Him and find Him, though indeed He is not far from each one of us.”

I think you will be interested in the drake equation. something like the # of stars divided by # W/ planets div. by planets w/ water div. by planets w/ life div. by planets w/culture div. by cultures that don't blow themselves up. the upshot is about 1,000 civilizations in this galaxy as I recall. Just google Drake equation. its interesting.
