If you are taking about 1 boneheaded move than I agree with the Vikings GM who blew the Herschel Walker trade. But the worst is Matt Millen. The guy is like 25-72 in his tenur.

How does someone keep a job when they are almost 50 games under .500. It's beyond me.

Look at the two worst franchises in football today. OAKLAND and DETROIT. Matt Millen is GM for Det, and he played for OAKLAND....he's ruined two teams. LOL

Easy, it used to be Mike Lynn for Minnesota(traded For Hershel Walker and let the Cowboys have all his draft picks)but he has been replaced by the new and improved incompetence of Matt Millen. This guy has managed to keep the Lions down for years and he still has his job. The guy even managed to get an extension for his failures. Look at the Lions, if he quit tomorrow, they would still need years to ever get back to respectability. The Fords know how to pick them. 4# wide receivers in 5 years, I love the boob, and I'm a 9ers fan.

Regardless of the recent 'success', I would have to say Mike Brown (with Matt Millen not far behind). As a Bengal's fan, he singlehandedly turned a respectable franchise into the laughing stock of the league by cutting corners and drafting crap.

When he passed on taking all of the Saint's picks so he could draft Akili Smith, BONEHEAD...

Easy. That that honor would have to go to Mike Lynn who was the GM of Minnesota Vikings who made one of the worse trades in mankind when he traded players/picks in what amounted to 3 Super Bowl rings for the Dallas Cowboys in exchange for Hershel Walker. Has the Vikings ever truly recovered from that fiasco?

If we're talking about single dumbest moves by a GM it would have to be The Pittsburg Steelers GM in 1955, who cut rookie QB Johnny Unitas from the team because he was "too stupid to learn the plays".

properly im a raider fan and that i gotta say that the greater serious proprietor in NFL historic previous is Al Davis, forsure he's interior the precise 3. i think of hes the rationalization why my team oakland dosent do solid. He makes terrible draft alternatives (atleast interior the 1st around) and he additionally makes stupid judgements.
