Yes, old, short and scary people who can sing anything that happen.
Even the girl look like a man. Not a pretty sight.

They are freaky!
My kids a terrified of them, second only to the Child catcher in Chitti chitti bang bang!
For the record I think that Willy Wonka is a bit of a weirdo, in both movies. Don't think I would let my kids near him, he has issues!
