I've been irregular for years and about one year ago they said that I had HPV. Just this last menstrual cycle i've been spotting. For the past two months of been constantly bleeding. The doctors that I have seen say this is normal for just getting put on birth control for the first time. Is this true?

It can be if you have only been on it for about 2 months, but if it's been longer than that like about 6 months that is not normal. I would recommend getting another opinion and preferably from someone that does not share the same office of the doctor that you currently see.

Anyway, I think you may have something wrong with your womb or other inner organ. No offense,ok? You may have to go to some hospital to have your body check ,let the doctors diagnose your problem and look for the prescription .Don't you think the problem is disturbing and depressing. Also , it might have bad effect on your body .So take action and hope you 'll be fine soon.

you might have endometriosis, over exagerate about pain to your doctor so you can get an outpatient procedure to determine if you do have endometriosis. This is very common and can be helped by your physician.
