I am currently having problems recieving and sending e-mails, when sending this comes up...

how do i change the disk space quota, this is on Windows Server 2003.

Unless you are livemail.co.uk this is a disk quota problem at the isp. You need to clear the stored emails.

The mail administrator has set a limit on mailbox size and the user's mailbox has exceeded that limit. If you're the Exchange admin on the system, open Exchange System Manager and drill down to the mailbox store and right click on it. Click on the Limits tab and set the global settings there.

You can also set limits per user in Active Directory Users & Computers if you have the Exchange Management Tools installed on the computer you're running ADU&C from. Open the user object in ADU&C and click on the Exchange General tab and click the Storage Limits button.
