Its a scare ad thats meant to embarass and scare you into buying their product. If you want to stop it raise your security level settings on your browser and delete all cookies ,block all ads, then when your not using your computer for a while run anti virus and spy ware programs to remove anything that has gotten in. after their finished running make sure all fascets of your anti virus and spyware are up and running Hackers get paid to get there ads through to you because youll never go to their site on your own.On the other hand most cookies that spyware says is an infection are not! They bulk up the numbers so you really think their doing a great job. Its all a sell game.

Looks like you got some spyware/adware on your CPU. First off, download Spybot Search & Destroy and run it on your comp. It is free and you can download it at
http://www.safer-networking.org/
When you install Spybot, make sure you download the latest updates and activate the Tea Timer and Resident functions. Okay, next is what browser are you using? I do not recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer. Download Mozilla Firefox and make it your default browser. Firefox is free as well and safer than IE. You can download Firefox at
http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/
Good luck!

Its just an ad.
Your browser should have a popup blocker.
If you get the same ad popping up, maybe you should get a spyware program, like adaware. You can find it at www.lavasoft.com. Its free.
Good luck. It isnt your pc. Its your software.

You are infected with a malware or spyware. It normally occurs when you have opened a site that executes malware. In order to fix that, you must install an anti-spyware such as AVG Anti-spyware and scan your computer.

lol, thats just a pop-up, probably from one of the websites you surf frequently. Or you have spyware, which you can get rid of by downloading a remover from http://www.download.com , try adware or spybot. Nothing is wrong with your cpu.

My suggestions:
if you have a valid Windows, install and run the free Microsoft Defender to fight spyware.

Get the free IOBIT program to clean up and optimize your pc.

Get and keep current one of the good virus scanners like McAfee (see reviews at http://anti-virus-software-review.toptenreviews.com/ ).

And lastly, ignore the ads.
