i think your wife has the right to stay in the house with the kids...and when you decide to sell..shes entitled to 75% of her share..unless you both agree to go 50 50 of whats remaining after the morgage is paid..the women with the children always ends up in a better position because of the kids...but..im not sure of your financial situtation..if you sell and there nothing left after you pay the house off..then theres nothing to divide..in court..the woman with the children in her main care always get top priority...as for the furtunture..you have to think of whats best for the children..with meeting their needs..so this will have to be discussed in a cival manner.

You will have to get a solicitor who practices family law to take him to court for you and your children's financial needs. If you look around you can find occassionally a lawyer who will give you the first 30 minutes for free to see if they can help you or not.

refi pay him off or her, get him or her off the deed. find a room mate to help make end's meet. or if it's you that has to go, then do this in reverse. good luck my friend
