I am the second youngest of 15 children. My oldest brother is 49 and I'm 13. I don't get it. My parents are only 68 and 69... yet my little brother is 9. I guess we all popped right out.

I am an only child. When I was three or four years old and went to preschool I had a friend whose mother was the teacher so both she and her little brother attended and when she told me this I said "What's a brother?" Since I hadn't much exposure to this. I thought that all kids were like me. My pappy is an only child as well, and my mammy has one brother, but she don't talk to him in years. I have trouble imaging life with a sibling particularly if they shared the same mental illnesses I do, particularly a younger sibling since I would have to a role model and that's not what I am. I wonder if people who do have siblings can picture their lives without them or not. I am happyas an only child though because I feel I have a stronger sense of self-identity

I have 2 siblings. A sister who is 2 1/2 years older and a brother who was exactly one year younger, but sadly he died 4 years ago.

Yes, I actually have 5 siblings, but only 2 live with me.
I have a 16 year old brother and a 9 year old sister that live with me.
and a 33 year old sister, a 29 year old sister, and a 25 year old brother that don't live with me.

Unfortunately.... I have an older brother. he's older than me by 7 months. and I hate that not only am I not an only child, but I'm also the youngest.

oldest of 6 ......... 3girls 3boys I'm 27 my sister is 26 we are the same age for a month every year (we are 11months to the day apart) brother 25, brother 23, sister 22, bother 19 eighth years between me and my baby brother.
