even when we have sex he put on like 10 pounds but i dont know what it is. when i asked him he changes the subject, i know he is not cheating on me but i dont know whats going on.

There could be numerous reasons as to why he is acting like that. The only way to know for sure is to talk to HIM about it. Let him know that you are seriously concerned. I know I haven't really answered your question, but only your husband can answer this question...everyone elses answers are just guesses and that won't help in the least little bit.
