the United States and British Virgin Islands are located just to the east of Puerto Rico in the Caribbean Sea.....look at a map of the Caribbean....going left to right there's Cuba, then Haiti and the Dominican Republic, then Puerto Rico,,,,,,,then a bunch of little dots just to the right of PR? Those are the Virgin Islands.

I think, it's somewhere out there in the countryside of Maine or Rhode Islands. I remember someone mentioned it to me.
