My ouncle told me that the husband should be 8 years older than the wife because women get older faster than men. This way, the wife won't look older than the husband on the future. What do you think should be the age different?

The point is above all and every reasons others give you is that, its life its a dedicated life of a man with a woman and opposite.your not going to marry for someone else so why we hav to think about the looks and others comments, those who hav nothing to do peep to others lifes..so dont ever care about others what say.its your life and if you both are having no problem with the age then everything will be fine..so what i mean is dont care about others and dont ever give ears when you start a married life.
On the otherside its better to have a gap when it comes to sexual life..depends on what age your gonna get married to that same old guy...on same aged guy and gal the maturity is more to girls...its a fact...so when getting married and sex life and everything starts most of the women wont be having that sexdrive as wht she was having are the age of 20s or 30s whn she reaches 50...but to the men it will go some more far years...so for that women shuold find a soultion...and as wht your uncle told its not that looks that matters more its something else that matters...yah looks are there but its not for you to bother about let others bother and why should they bother about you and your families looks.....do you cook something to make your neighbour feel good smell?i cant understand!they dont hav to bother about your life...if they've got nothing else to do then let them bother and have gray hairs soon...lol!!!

While a woman tends to age faster than a man, men usually die younger. Usually do to a lifetime of working really hard. However, in retrospect, what should it matter? My wife is 12 yrs older than me. I love her more than anything. Most people think we are the same age. Sad for me, good for her. What's interesting, is that my "wife " and I have lasted longer out of wedlock that her siblings. Go figure.

It doesn't matter the age...love knows no boundries...my boyfriend and i are 5 years, 7 months and 3 days apart...haha but who's counting? I like being younger than him cause I make fun of him for being so old...anyway, there have even been cases where the woman is older than the man...my best friend is well over a year older than her boyfriend...it just depends on love...age shouldn't matter...hope this helps.

I had to truly think of approximately your question......I had to objective to verify each and every physique in contact... And this is what i think of... If i became the daddy and you tol me my spouse could no longer come-- i does not come... that's been 5 years, the dirt could of settled via now, and anybody could be properly on their way at shifting forward...If no longer already, then at some point the mummy would come across a sparkling husband, if she had a sparkling husband could this be one among those capture 22 subject nevertheless? I def. can relate to animosity in one among those placing yet is it a probability that the grown-united statescould be around one yet another and not combat-- for the sake of their son and new daughter-in-regulation? i do no longer understand precisely the main suitable thank you to attitude something like this, thinking your guy or woman quickly to be husband does not choose this lady there..possibly you may communicate on your quickly to be mom in regulation, for the reason which you're so close, possibly she could definitely provide you perception on how she feels...i'm sorry i in simple terms somewhat do no longer think of there is going to be an straightforward restoration for this one....Congrat's on your special occasion, I do wish it is going superbly.....:)

Your uncle sounds like a male chauvinist pig,I can't believe that men still think that way. I am married to a man 7 years younger then I and to look at us you would never know that i was older then my husband. We have been married for 28 years now and as far as women looking older then men as the years go by that's just not true .If a woman takes good care of herself and by that i mean not letting herself go just because she is married she can maintain her looks. My husband tells me all the time just how good i look . Please don't listen to someone like your uncle because if you do you will find yourself married to a man that could pass for your father .When i look at my husband i still find him very sexy and he still turns me on,can you say that about a man who looks old enough to be your dad and treats you like it as well.

Thats so not true my parents are only a few moths apart and my mom look way younger than my dad.
Age should not matter at all.
It depends on genetics like some guys lose hair or get white hair early. Too much sun can age skin too,so wear sun block.

I was once married to a woman 12 years younger than me. I now have a partner that is 40 years younger than me. In any relationship. love and understanding are the most important things. Age is only a number used for reference to how long you have been alive, not to regulate who you can love.

I don't believe in age difference. If a guy deeply loves you and wish to marry you and the age difference is 2-7 years , go for it. We will end up not getting married because we will look at the age. I don't at all believe in it.

on the flip side of the coin - a woman's life expectancy is about 5 years longer than a man's. so, the woman should be 5 years older.

Everyone is different. What do you think? I don't think it matters either way. Your uncle is looking at it from a shallow point of view. If 2 people are in love and are old enough to make their own decisions, they will love whom they love no matter what their ages.
