Just get a new tire... Car tires and bike tires are very different... Specially if you are having a hard time keeping it at a slow speed... Patches are made for temporary use, not permanent use.

1) don't repair a sportbike tire
2) get new tire

35, i know its hard but i knew some one who had fix a flat in there tire and blew when they were doing 50 on the highway, hes ok though.
