Can you love your wife with all your heart and still cheat? I don't get it! My husband was cheating, writing emails to another woman telling her he loved her and he wanted her to move to the states with him (from Germany). I found the emails and that same day I got a plane ticket and left his ***. Now he wants me back! I don't understand why men would risk losing a family, a home.

sony-no it was not a cyber affair. He's known this girl for a few yrs. now. The whole time he was deployed he kept contacting her and once he got back to Germany he met up with her! And the worse thing is that she was not the only one! He's just a big player!

well both men and women cheat ....and i can tell u it takes 2 to make the other cheat.....something was wrong in your marriage...u may think u were doing everything right but you may have not....reason he strayed.......did u guys ever talk?
comminucation is the key to a good relationship in todays society.......
so dont blame your husband only ......he was looking for something you were not providing.....same goes for women when they cheat......we as humans look for the things we want and desire always and its up to the other to provide this to make the marriage work.......TALK , share your thoughts with your partner

Sorry, your husband's a real asshole. Don't go back with him, chances are he'll just cheat on you again. I know this because my parents have the exact problems(Dad cheating on Mom), they're still together even though they've nearly got divorced a couple of times, wonder why.. But see, the thing is, my Mom keeps forgiving my Dad and he just keeps walking all over her. So far my Dad's had 9 affairs.. My mom found out about one current on-going one in June, he said he broke up with the mistress already.. But she just found out last weekend that he lied, he's still with the mistress.
So do yourself a favor, go find another man who wouldn't do things like that to you. You deserve better. Don't be a weak person like my Mom is, don't let him walk all over you. Its your life, why let someone else make it miserable?
By the way, I hope you don't have kids because this would have a great impact on their lives. For one, I have been scared out of marriage by my parents.. And I'm just 15 lol

Not all men cheat...some do...some dont...women cheat too....it seems that ur hubby had a cyber affair, if he didnt meet her it probably wasnt anything serious....when men cheat, they dont think about losing a family etc.....to them its much simplier...in this case he probably liked the thrilled and mystery surrounding a cyber affair....or maybe he was bored....there are various types of affairs and various reasons for it...not that it is justified in anyway.....if it wasnt anything serious and he was just bored...you should talk to him first...dont over react....discuss with him honestly and ask him why and how serious was it..im not defending him...it was definitely wrong ..but get the facts first and then discuss em together...and move on from there...gd luck

Look lady, long since history, kings have lots of courtesans, sultan get to marry 4 wives, emperor get 3.000 concubines but today we are allowed only one wife as a rule of thumb.
So, in a sense, men tends to look for new greener pasture, new excitement just as kids look up for new game, they may do it just for the fun of it. Something that is beyong the control of his manhood. It is does important for his loveone to guide him back to the right track, so call the awakening of him.
Perhap now he knew the seriousness of it, why not give him a chance, a man need a second chance to prove himself worthy of amending his mistakes.
Since now he wants you back, you set the rules, all the can do and cannot do stuffs, spell it out to him. He has to oblige to those rules, otherwise he has to pay for it.
Having said that, why women like to go with married men knowing that she will break another woman heart?
And please, not all men cheat ya. Some are good family men. Raise family thru hard work, care for wife and kids, and plan for the future well.
Within you, you should know better if you still love him, if so, go back and take command. You never know, sometime a mistake make can bring more love and understanding for both of you.

in answer to your question you just found out you were with a male not a man.in all my life i've always beleived in one woman at a time and if things don't work out i leave before i meet anyone else. males cheat thats just what tey do because its a game they play with everyone involed you just visited the trap. first you should always get to know your man and not what he tells you but what he shows you. because a real man has nothing to hide as long as your honest which i some times find hard for women to do.but get to know your man before you marry him.and don't forget how you got together thats how you keep him home.
