can anyone help me with lupins,when do i take the seeds off the plant and how do i store them?

Lulu is right but I don't ever bother with that! I just leave mine to self germinate or break off the pods and just scatter round the garden but be careful, they spread like wild fire!

Ditto Choclover - they will self propagate, but indiscriminately, so if you want to keep them in their own space, you'll have to take the seeds off the plant.
If you ever go to South Island, New Zealand, in the Spring (mid December) you'll see why. A farmer's wife decided to cheer up the edges of some fields with lupins - they are now everywhere and considered a weed. But very, very pretty - a blaze of colour everywhere at that time of year.

Remove when pods dry out, store in a PAPER bag. Plant in spring. They are easy, good luck.

i am just going to make sure the pods are hard to the touch before taking pods off and then just sprinkle them over the area i want them to go
