It's only a buck and a half within the country of USA to send or recieve with Paypal, so I can't imagine it being too much more than that to do an out of country transaction, I've been with Paypal for 10 years now, and never had a problem. They are VERY honest, and want to be the best trusted money source in the world, and to me, they have achieved it. I trust them with my money. Ron

The recipient has to open a Paypal a/c or you can use a service like Xoom. From http://money-transfer.in/paypalindia.html

No. you just need their email address, then they log onto paypal and retrieve the money.

you must have an email address to accept the money and you must have the prograsm itself to accept it in your account but it is free to use as there is a 4 day waiting period once it gets from your paypal.com then to your you account is it worth the wait? r just continue to use wire servicxes and pay for it. its you the sender who has to make thew choice pay for it and get it the same day or wait for the free service.
