Ask to make sure they are talking about the 401(k). If they insist that it is a 801(k) and that it is a better retirement plan, then it will probably be a fake.

There is something called a 801(k) but it is a type of Dividend Reinvestment Programs. It is not a secret retirement plan and it is not going to make you super rich. Someone is probably trying to make you feel like you are getting in on something only the elite and super rich know about. This is a common tactic among scams.

If the person pushing this insists that it is a secret investment tool then do not do business with that person.

I think they mean 401 k
