im 34 almost 35 weeks and next week my man finally comes home...only thing is i am miserable...i cant stop eating and the dr told me to calm down on what i eat...i weigh 143...gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks..i cant sleep at night ..me and daddy to be were both 8 pounds when born...any advice on what to do to help out?

just change what you eat to something a little more healthy so even if you still eat alot its better for you./ or you could just be horny for you man so when he gets back just repace food with sex or sex and food LOL

Keep eating but try eating things that don't have a lot of calories. Try watermelon, carrots (not too many), celery, etc. You can even try chewing gum, or sucking on "sugar-free" lollipops that take a long time to eat so you're not eating as much. Try drinking a glass of water when you think you're hungry. Sometimes that fills up your stomach and makes the hungry feeling go away (although with your baby on your bladder, make sure you're close to a bathroom). I couldn't sleep at night either when I was almost due. Try and take naps during the day and at night use pillows (several or a big body pillow) to hug and put between your legs to relieve the pressure and tension in your body from carrying a baby. you r almost done, just a few more weeks to go hang in there, try to drink some water it will help you get full and should help release some of you water weight.

Drink lot of water and eat only salad whenever you feel hungry.
