Or questions that use improper grammar, such as, "can enyone help me? i need advise bad". I almost always automatically pass over such a question because I A) Don't want to decipher it, and B) Assume the person is ignorant and won't benefit from my help anyway. Do you do the same?

Yes, when they're obviously a kid, I answer their question.

Not everyone knows how to spell. I'm pretty sure they try their best to express themselves.

If it is a question I can answer it really doesn't matter how it is worded or if the grammar needs working on as mine is not exactly perfect either. I will try to understand the point by reading it a few times before I answer. If it seems to be a genuine question and something that interests me I will answer it, whether it is a serious question or not.
I dislike those answers that remind the questioner that they misspelled words and then don't even bother to answer the question in point.
I think most all of us benefit from others questions and answers.

It depends on the question. If the question is one that I believe a child would ask then I attempt to answer it with simple terms and I rarely insult their spelling.
Often questions like this are intentionally written poorly to imply the ignorance of a particular group. I troll will ask a question implying that he or she is a religious fundamentalist, or arch conservative, or immigrant or so on to convince people that those within the group targeted are more ignorant then others. Of course those are not worth answering unless you wish to insult the troll. Sometimes we see genuine ignorance but not so often as we think. Most people have some form of spell check by now so if something is written poorly then it's often intentional.

I ignore ones that use a lot of text messaging abbreviations, such as: r, u, ur, en1, any1, and other such constructs. I too find them to difficult to decipher.
I don't think the person is ignorant.

No i don't do that because maybe just maybe they don't know how to spell correctly and yes i know there is a spell check, but some are just trying to get their point across in a hurry or just don't remember it is there.
You cannot assume people are ignorant or won't benefit from your help unless you feel you are better than them. Most people have some weakness and most people love to point them out!

I tend to answer it either way -
Yes I notice the mistakes - but I just assume that the person asking the question may not be as proficient in English as I am...I don't think they're stupid!
I'd hate to be judged on my intellect by the way I speak say, Spanish for instance!

Depends if the question is worth answering...but yes, everytime I see bad grammar questions, I just assume it was written by some 12 year old, who won't benefit from my help anyways...for all those 12 year olds using poor grammar, please use the spellcheck, that's why they have it.

No because some people aren't that intellectual. I mean that's no reason to avoid someone's question. Maybe it was just a typo or something. If someone needs help they need help its like a doctor turning away a patient because they are illiterate and don't speak correct English...Not fair at all and totally mean!

hi Moon. I even have observed that questions soliciting for issues like that are deleted extremely commonly. the two significant ones are prayers and soliciting for human beings to offer encouragement to adult men serving interior the army, military, Marines etc. it form of feels somebody would not sense lots of those questions are perfect and that i might want to appreciate why.
