Well went to court abd my lawyer ask for a continues and we got it in the child visitation part. But my wife won the other orders. TMy wife lawyer stated to the court that being that I was in the house the house could not be sold. She stated that her agent attempted to sell but could not because i was in the house. Well what was said did not appear to be true. My wife lawyer stated that they had POTENTIAL person ready to buy the place, she also stated that the place was was on the market. Well the judge ordered my to vacate and orderd my wife lawyer to bring in documentation of this potential order and to bring proof that the house was on the market. Will it happen. We purchased the house after we were married. i signed a quick claim, which i did help with the morage. if they dont provide proof what could happen to them. what happens if they don't sell the house. Is there time to sell the house asking price for condo 400k others condos going for 345k is quick sale good?

Usually when there are children involved the wife doesn't have to sell the house. Lawyers love continuances because it increases the amount they can bleed out of people during difficult times such as divorce.
