Use a cleanser daily so your pores stay clean and you don't get breakouts. Exfoliate a few times a week to encourage cell renewal, use a good moisturizer, especially if your skin is dry. Look into retinol products to fade sunspots or dark spots if you have any. Wear sunscreen regularly and have healthy eating/lifestyle habits. Don't use any bleaching creams... they are harmful to the skin and can actually kill you if they are toxic enough.

I am not an expert, but I suggest you tan less or not at all. I would suggest wearing dark colors to play off your skin tone. I would also suggest wearing red lipstick or pink gloss too.
