lol have to love alton brown. um.. so many good episodes... but he did this one on peaches that really made me want a peach. also i saw a recent one of flatfish, which was really funny! he had like a stack of flat foods like pizza and stuff like that... then he randomly pulled out a fish! it was cool. what's your favorite episode?

I liked the shows were he rode motorcycle across country, especially the ones in the south, trying to find real BBQ.
