Yes, I was in Panama with the US Army and I was arrested for sneaking out of camp after curfew and drinking, which was against policy.

Never arrested, but I was patted down by the police twice.
One time for suspicion of armed robbery (mistaken identity but they had their pistols out)
The second time was when 3 officers came to take me to the hospital for psychiatric observation.

Yes. DUI when I was about 30 [15 years ago]. Just awful, wretched, and ghastly.
By the way, how do we interpret any thumbs up or down on our answers???

It was a memorial day so school was out for the day, my friend Ken was sleeping on the couch after a night of smoking, and just as I has awoken there stand my other friend Josh just arriving from his house. My brother was in his room with his girlfriend at the time whom I disliked very much so. So I decided to get Ken up and told him that were going for a "burn run", he immediately rose and we all jumped into Josh's car, Ken got into the front seat, and I got into the back, Josh was driving. Ken and I had no shoes on. As we started to back out of my driveway my brother's girlfriend ran after the car knowing that we were going to smoke, but as josh took a right towards the city me and Ken told said, "turn around. There's no place to smoke in the city we have to go the other way." Josh responded, "don't worry I know the best spot in Concord." Ken and I were displeased as we turned into the movie theater parking lot. The car stopped behind the theater and I decided to stupidly start packing the bong anyway, about three hits into it a jeep started to drive towards use so Ken immediately told josh to, "get the hell out of here." as we pulled back onto the main road Josh took his first right into the Toys 'R' Us parking lot and as we pulled in the lot as the only car there, Josh proceeded smoking the bong, about four minutes later we all noticed a police car turning into the lot and it was headed right for us. Josh quickly tried to escape by drive right towards the curser, but it pulled in front of us immediately. As each officer headed towards either side of the car Ken and josh rolled there windows down and the officers quickly noticed the distinctive smell of marijuana, and asked the driver Josh if they could search the vehicle. Know that we were going to be arrested either way Josh agreed, they asked us were exactly were the marijuana was, and I proceeded to tell them that it was mine and it was in the back seat underneath all of the magazines. As one officer grabbed it out of the car another police car pulled up next to us and they proceeded to place us all under arrest. Prier to us being in cuffs Ken was eating out of a big bag of Swedish Fish, and the larger officer told him that he doesn't have the right to eat, Ken responded, "I am not under arrest yet I have the right to eat if I please". The office did not like his response and told him that he has NO rights at all, immediately the other officers pulled him away and started to yell at the other officer telling him that he better cool down or they'll lose the trial. Anyway as we were put into the curser the officers found the bong underneath Ken's seat, and put it into a evidence bag, and we were brought down to the station and were booked and released with a court date exactly one month after the date.
During the trial Ken noticed that they had put all the charges on him, possession, transportation, driving on a suspended license, possession of Tobacco (he was 18), and a number of other things, need I remind you that Josh was driving, and it was my marijuana, so immediately I stood up and told the judge that it was my marijuana which confused the judge quit a bit so he call for a continuation and told the CPD officer that he better of gotten his facts straight, this was the officer who told my friend Ken that he had no rights.
A month later the new trial was upon us and this time Ken's lawyer was determined to bring this officer down, during the time the CPD (Concord Police Department) we was giving the Judge his side of the story and as he said, "I immediately smelled marijuana as it exited the vehicle." Then the lawyer interrupted him and asked, “how do you know the smell officer?" He responded, "In Vietnam." so the lawyer quickly asked, "So you smoked marijuana in Vietnam?" "No." he responded, the judge smiled and said to the officer, "please continue with your story." as the officer continued he proved the point that the person in the report was not the on actually driving, almost immediately the judge dropped the case and we were all free to go. Lovely story isn't it?
