The feeling of accomplishment, the ruch os spontaneuoty. That generally gets me going.
Stress and the feeling of failure just gets me really hard.

exercise, and anything adrenaline pumping....such as racing cars, surfing, jet skiing, parachuting, cheerleading competitions, iceskating, competition swimming, and going to concerts, all energize the crap out of me! I love them.
Also, a nice long shower...I feel so fresh and so clean clean! And it gets my day moving.
On the flip side I get really drained after sitting at a desk for long hours. Also doing very detailed work, math problems, and listening to people complain. Customer service jobs also drain the crap out of me, I hate doing repetitive things, all freakin' day!
But that's just me!

My family and friends are my energizer and if I have clash with them it drains me a lot.

One in the same thing, a nice day out on the boat fishing , the wind, the spray of the water, the sun boosts my spirits , but then too all those natural elements makes me sleepy!

Energizing: live music, dancing, laughing, friends, speed, (No, not the drug!) and the kids.
Draining: conflict, loneliness, monotony, and the kids.

For the blue sky overhead, the most incredible thing in life. The days that goes past for our brothers overseas that die, die today, die tomarrow, the order to die, for only the occasion for importance for our arroghant president that ignored the importance that costed our troops overs seas. They die for stupid reasons such as they die in the burning 120 degree weather for simply leting the Iraqi high officials on vaction, they die to give em an enjoyment while our troops suffer and the Iraqi govt relaxes. They die for us anytime.

drains: small children, being forced to talk to ignorant people, waiting in line, being stuck in traffic
