I think its will be 1-1 tied series, india has always struggled in first test of a series while playing in England, and its going to be no different this time around too.Also India has the worst defeat record at Lords.India can hope to come back in the second or third test and draw the series.Our bowling is very weak and not good enough to run though English batting twice in a match.Only chance we have is to exploit the English bowlers sans Steve Harmason and Mathew Hoggard.

It will be very tough to predict at this stage as the series has just started today. However,I expect a keen contest in the test series. However, in ODI, India will have the upper hand..

It will be a close contest. Indian bowlig is a concern. England may win. Recent form it should be Sachin but we can't predict. If Indian bowlers can play above their potential then they can win provided the batsmen play according to their potential.

Well indian batting are the best if Saurav Ganguly,Sachin,Dravid,Yuvraj and Dhoni are in their full form but the only concern is india's bowling ,if Zaheer,Kumble,Shrisanth clicks and can bowl at their best then India can win the series in England.

I think that India will put it's effort to win the matches.England do not have good players now.They have very few great bowlers and few grate batsman like peterson etc....

England bowling attack is not threating now.

Simon Jones and now hoggard with an Injury. i think our batting line up can score runs against the depleted attack.
