I am planning to clean my kitchen tomorrow. What I am confused about is how to clean the exterior of cupboard doors. They are made of laminated wood and over time, there is a very slight layer of grease in some places especially the cupboard door near the gas. So any ideas??

Soak a sponge in water, then pour dish soap on it, and scrub the grease off with it, then rinse with a damp paper towel, and dry.

Murphy's Oil Soap is a good cleaning product for wood. Use hot water and this product and I believe you'll have great success with cleaning your kitchen! Depending on the severity of the grease, another good product is GOO GONE. You can usually find them both in most stores.

For normal grease, I use Formula 409 and a damp cloth or sponge. If the grease build-up is old or stubborn, go to the painting section of a hardware store or home store and buy either TSP or TSP substitute. This stuff is incredible, but you have to wear gloves... and don't drip it on any surfaces like wood.

I recomend dish soap, put warm water in a pail half full and then mix the dish soap ( about 1000ml). Use old cotton cloth. I tried it in my garage flooring to clean the oil spills, it's effective

We have that same wood; I use Clorox Wipes and it comes right off.
