what tells you its the right person and the wrong time - are you currently with the wrong person at the right time? I say you live once and life is short so you should make the best of every opportunity and make it the right time = live love laugh

From personal experience: if he really is the right person, stick it out and try to make it work.
I met the right person at the wrong time, and I ended it to sort myself out. Today, I'm all ready for him, and he's gone...never coming back. I hate regretting it.

I would tell them your feelings. You never know they might want to be with you also. If they are not ready right now does not mean forever. You just have to wait if you have strong enough feelings. It is up to you.
