how many of you think you have a hippie side deep inside you. i think i do. what is most important to me is love.

I was a hippie and the most important thing was reform-not love sex and rocknroll. Many things got changed by hippies but the druggies got all the press-as usual. It was a revolution and it was great. . .

Cellophane flowers of yellow and green

Look for the girl with the sun in her eyes

Where rocking horse people eat marshmellow pies
Everyone smiles as you drift past the flowers
That grow so incredibly high
Newpaper taxis appear on the shore
Waiting to take you away
Climb in the back with your head in the clouds
And you're gone
Thats hippie to me and I love it. It's deep inside..of course.

yeah i think i have it inside me, at least in the desire to just let go and live life and enjoy it...
