Do.
The subject is "parents" which is plural. In this situation you must use "do". The only time you use does is when the subject is third person singular (He, She, It or anything that could be substituted for one of these)

It is "Do your parents know about this?" because of subject verb agreement. The verb is do know and the subject is parents. If you switch the verb and subject around to make a sentence, the plural "parents" becomes "parents do know" which makes alot more sense than "parents does know"
