I would offer a huge reward for it's safe return! There would be flyers at every bus stop and lots of tearful appeals on the channel 5 news. And I'd have searchers....lots of searchers to comb through every neighborhood and forest until it was found.

Well, yeah, because sometimes I like to do impressions with my shadow. Also, it would look strange to others if I had no shadow, and even if I were right in front of them, they might think I was really just Green-Screened into the scene!
Shadows are great! Without them, we'd never have Film Noir. Just imagine how flat and boring Humphrey Bogart would have looked in The Maltese Falcon if he had no shadows!

Ah! A "Jungian" question about the subconscious, the dark side of us, if you will...
Yes...I would miss it, but more importantly...
It would miss me, because I've always honored my shadow by letting it out every now and then to have fun, and guess where I've let it have free reign...?
Nightclubs...(where my shadow blends right in and feels at home)

If I were to look down and discover that my shadow was missing, I'd be pretty sure I was dead...

shadows are boring, so i wouldn't care if mine was gone. if it was a bright color and interacted with me, then i would miss it.
