I normally eat 3 times a day. Eating once a day could be for depression, but also eating so poorly your body won't have the energy to do anything and will cause you to feel "depression" but it could be that your body is trying to save the more energy possible. Try to eat your 3 healthy meals a day and if you see a difference you know that it was because of bad nutrition. If the problem continues go see a doctor.

Possibly. If its breakfast then thats okay, but you should probably eat 3 times a day. Have a big breakfast a basic lunch and a dinner. I eat 3 times a day.
If you care to know, the best way to eat is to have a big breakfast and then have lots of little meals throughout the day. And by that I don't mean snacks. I mean like a sandwhich for one meal and then some fruit for another. etc...

i think you dont eat much because you are upset and you may not have any enery if you dont eat at all!! so make sure ou atleast eat 3 times a day and if you are still upset or dippressed then try to hang around the country and try feel happy and make friends and maybe you should work a little too which will make you happy and tired and maybe you will eat and stay healthy !! ^_^

I eat a lot a day. Like more than three times.. I like eating small meals but the problem is that you get hungry faster. But, I did hear it is healthier for you. I eat breakfast everyday because it is the most important meal of the day.

That's weird because I don't eat much at all either. I'm under a lot of stress right now. I exist on cereal (Special K) and Yoplait yogurts. I just don't have much of an appetite. You might be feeling depressed - when I'm depressed or stressed out, I don't eat. I hope you feel better. I'm seeing my therapist tomorrow. Sigh.

You're probably under a lot of stress, or something is bothering you right now that you need to control, so you forget, or don't, eat.
You should eat three square meals a day, and healthy snacks. Or five small meals, and very few, or no, snacks.

I don't eat a lot, either, maybe 2-3 times when I'm at work running around. I've heard it's better to eat 5 small meals, but I don't have time for that!
