The ozone layer is located in the lower section of the stratosphere (the 2nd layer of the Earth's atmosphere), which means its about 15 to 35 kilometres above the Earth's surface. The thickness, of course, varies geographically and seasonally.

Apart from the fact that Geolicious has very beautiful eyes, colour of the sky. the ozone layer is in the stratosphere, between 10 km and 35 km altitude. It is changing with the lattitude and the season. The pick of ozone concentration is around 25-30 km.
