not many 16 year olds can afford to travel or should travel by themselves. However, I have traveled all over the world (since even before I was born) with and without my family. Don't worry though, you're not the only one, I've met people who were 80 and over who hadn't even left they're state O_o

I dont know becuse I am younger than that but-i have a sister older. She has only been to new york. On a feild trip(you paid for the ticket). That was with a school when she was a seinor so I dont think you are missing out.

You should, I love traveling and learning about new cultures and im only 16 too haha. Ive been to mexico, europe and costa rica, you should come over to my house some time or we could be pin pals.

I thought it was weird when a neighbor of mine who was 13 at the time had never been out of her state, now I see that that was kinda arrogant. There's no better reason than because of your studies.

don't feel deprived. when I was kid I'd heard of people who'd never left our home county!
Ypu have your whole life ahead, and there's a lot to see. be patient, and save your loonies and twonies!
