Of course Target has the right to prohibit the Salvation Army from collecting for the needy on their property. And we have the right not to shop at Target. Not long ago a mall near where I live did the same thing, but public pressure made them change their mind.

i never shopped there in the first place, so if you wanna get technical, then yes. but than again that wouldnt stop be from going there if i needed too. mainly because im gonna forget about this entire thing in the morning.

No, why should I? Target can regulate whatever they like on their property. Just like you could tell the Salvation Army to move on if they camped at your front door. Target has a policy of no solicitation on their premises to protect their customers.

I stopped shopping there when they wouldn't allow people to register to vote there. They seem very anti-American. I have no idea why.

i work there. but what they did was so wrong kicking them out because they had uniforms on.
edit: not at that target but i don't ever see my bosses kicking them out or telling anyone to leave with uniform on.so hate me because i need a job.
