Who has the most career homers without ever hitting 20 or more in a season?

Ron Fairly with 215. I don't have a source saying he has the most without ever hitting more than 20, I just went through a ton of stats. Fairly is currently number 241 on the all time list. The most he ever ht was with Toronto, in 1977, when he hit 19. it was the second to last season of his career.
That was a tough question, required a lot of research, good thing I'm so bored.

The great Tony Gwyn in his illustrious carrer never hit twenty homeruns in his twenty seasons with the padres. the most he ever hit was seventeen in the season of 1997. he finished with eighty five homruns in twenty seasons
