how good is the performance of an intel T5250 processor?

i want to know if it is a good processor or not in choosing a notebook to buy

If you look at cpubenchmark.net you can see where that processor will probably fall somewhere around a score of 850

Yes it is a good processor. It runs at 1.5G with a FSB of 566.
If the T7100 is available within reasonable price range go with it. The overall best choice is the T7300 if you are going to do high quality video.
