My biggest regret is that my mother asked me to visit her when I lived in Washington, D.C. and she was in a Virginia hospital. She told me it was important for me to visit her and she died before I did. I put my job first and then when I heard she died during my shift, I kept on working as I could not change the facts.

I did then go to her wake and funeral, but I did not realize that she was telling me that she was going to die very soon. I did kiss her on the lips of her body and apologized that I had not been there when she had asked me to be.

No regret can be greater than that which I bear. Thank you for your question, but I wish I had not seen you question.

To answer your question, my biggest regret would be not being there when my brother needed me most( If I were there, he would not have had his accident, and would not be in this damn wheelchair where he sits now)
