Well, I was using the bathroom, and as I was wiping myself, I felt some pain on my clitoral hood, as you may say. Only when I touch it, it hurts. And it seems a bit pale, but that may just be my imagination. I'm embarrassed to tell my mom, cause I mean I don't want to say "Mom, my pee-pee hurts." I need help? Is this serious? Will it go away on it's own? And no, I don't have my period yet.

First off you clitoris is not your pee pee and never has been. Your clitoris is your clioris and your urethra is your urethra. It will hurt at times when you touch it as your clitoris can be sensitive especially if you were wearing tight pants or something was rubbing against it. You are fine.

Pain isn't normal. If your clothes are too tight, that would be a simple fix, but it could also be a urinary tract infection. If it is an infection, drinking more water to flush the system may fix it, but may need medical intervention. There's no way to know if it is serious without a medical exam. It is nothing to be embarrassed about.

I agree with the previous answer, pain is usually an indicator something is wrong. So, please do tell your mom you're in pain & make an apt. with your doc. This is the only way to find out what's wrong with you, we would just be guessing.
