it's no wonder there are so many candidates running for election this time. They know that there is nothing they can do to look worse than GWB.

Because most Americans are stupid. they voted for Bush because Clinton cheated on his wife and lied, and they felt Gore was too smart.
Well Bush is not too smart. I hope they are happy. He always wins in the poles for Politician you can see yourself having a beer with. I am still trying to figure out why people care about that pole. How many of those people have actually had a beer with the president?

Bush was the lesser of to evils. Kerry would not have done any better. Unfortunately its stacking up again that we will have the great opportunity to vote for an idiot or an incompetent. Where is Bill Bradley when you need him.

Short comings? Like saying what you mean and doing what you say? Like confronting our enemies and retaliating when we are attacked? You mean like actually taking effective action to boost the economy and reform education?
If only more of our elected leaders had such short comings.
