In California a woman claimed God told her to throw her kids in the bay. She was locked up as insane. In Washington DC Bush says God told him to drop bombs on Iraqi's and invade them. He gets accolades from the Republicans. This sounds like a double standard to me.

To all those who asked for proof. Have you ever listened to any of Bush's speeches. He has several times said he talks with God and in his own words "And I believe God answers me" In regards to Iraq he said " It is with the guidence of God that we take this course" Enough said.

Bush has been charged with War Crimes and convicted by lot of European, Asian and Middle Eastern Countries. Because of Bush, over 4000 US Soldiers have been killed and over 20000 have been wounded, If God told Bush to bomb Iraq, how is he going to answer God, for sheding US Soldiers' blood. It wasn't the God that he had heard, it was the Lucifer, the devil.

When did Bush say that God told him to invade Iraq? You have a source for this?

I must have missed the speech where Bush said that God told him to bomb Iraq.

The double standard is that liberals are not expected to tell the truth. You feel that any statement you make is alright as long as it supports your leftist views.

Not at all. Bush was elected and given powers to do so. No such legal powers were given to that mother.

By the way, did "God" also speak to a majority of Congress who authorized Bush to invade???

There is a difference between a person feeling inspired & interpreting that inspiration as God's leadership, & a person hearing voices tellling them to commit crimes.
