Based on the informatin in the listings I would go with the second house. The reason I would choose the second house is because the first one says it has had work done on the foundation but needs more work. That can be really expensive. However, if you are serious about buying one or the other you need to hire someone to do an inspection so you can make sure there aren't any problems with the house that you don't know about. Also, the second house doesn't have any pictures of the inside of the house so I don't know if the inside is really bad. Basically I would need more info on the houses to make a decision (ex: location, prices of comparables in the area, etc.) Good luck.

I like the first one better, however, foundation work sounds very scary. Maybe better to go with second home. Good luck.

I'd take the second, without a second look. But maybe it's just because I think those huge piles of stone in front of the first one are GAWD awful ugly.

7518 antoine dr sounds better. cost less and u get more land... u'll get a whole second floor, but keep in mind which one is closer to work/school, markets, make sure the inside is in good condition too.

the first one is cute but needing foundation repairs so i would go with the second one. It is cheaper and doesn't need repairs which may be expensive.
