All non stop...

Meridian, ID to Omaha, NE (3 times) 1200+ miles
Omaha, NE to Gastonia, NC (2 times) 1100+ miles
Omaha, NE to Dallas, TX (? 5-6 times) only 660 miles
Omaha, NE to Cleveland, OH (once) 800 miles
Omaha, NE to Harrisburg, PA (once) 1300 miles
Omaha, NE to Atlanta, GA (3 times - once in a snow storm from St. Louis, MO to Chatanooga, TN - that one took 24 hours!) 1000 miles

Misc.

I also consistently make a 2000 mile round trip in 4 days while visiting customers in Spokane, WA - Salem, OR and Placerville, CA. I've done that no less then 4 times in the last year.

Went from Knoxville, TN to Pensacola, FL to J'ville, FL (and many points in between - checking cell coverage - so we stopped ALOT!) then back to Nashville, TN in about 3 days.

Went on vacation with the family once (wife and four kids) and drove from Boise, ID to Salt Lake City, UT to Las Vegas, NV to San Diego to Tijuana to Anahiem, CA to Santa Monica, CA to Placerville, CA then back home - 2700 miles in about 7 days - wasn't too bad - we really only had two looonnggg travel days - Santa Monica to Placerville and the Placerville to Boise - other then that the longest driving day was about 6-7? hours - Vegas to San Diego on Sunday with all the traffic going back to LA!

I have an upcoming trip going from Boise, ID to Bozeman, MT to Billings, MT to Missoula, MT to Spokane, WA to Lacey, WA to Pasco, WA and then home. Not sure how many miles it will be but it's going to be a long week!

Flew to Pensacola, FL and drove to Key West then back to Ft. Lauderdale for my flight home...

I could go all day, I love to drive and I've been fortunate to have jobs that allowed me to do this - used to drive a truck for a living and now I have the western states for my territory.

The longest distance I have driven in one day would have to be approximately 780 miles from Delaware to Georgia (which I have done several times), It took me about 14 hours and I did it all the same day... I don't recommend doing that though, it is extremely exhausting and the fatigue and strain on the eyes are terrible... (It is exhausting because of all the concentration required to stay alert and focused on the road...)

I usually pace myself and make numerous stops if I want to end up at my destination alive... Falling asleep at the wheel ain't my bag. Many interesting trips I've made, the best being Ohio to Washington DC, Via Pennsylvania and Maryland, crossing the blue ridge, using the old roads and not the interstate Highways... I also once drove from Indiana to Boston crossing over to Canada at Detroit through Ontario and then crossing back through Buffalo, and that is a short cut, trimming off at least 200 miles of travel.

My father told us we were driving from Seattle, Washington to Vancouver, British Columbia and that it would take 3 hours. We sat in traffic.... and than moved along at a nice speed...but we never got there...8 hours later we arrived. My dad kept saying it looked closer than that on the map. My father has always been excellent at reading maps, It didn't make any sense. Well that was 5 or 6 years ago...he finally fessed up last month that he had typed Seattle to Vancouver in map quest and never specified a country... here there is a vancouver washington!
We have been on longer drives....but never one that felt quite as long...in fact I have a whole role of film from the back of a mini-van!

The longest I drove in one day was about 11 hours, but I made several stops. It took me 4-1/2 days from Los Angeles to Pascagoula, Mississippi. I really took my time because I drove alone.

like 6-8 hours I guess. I always take the plane, much faster than a car. Also when I went on the 6-8 hour car ride it was to my uncle's house in the mountains, and my brother got to bring his best friend because he hates visiting, and I ended up falling asleep on his friend lol I felt so embarrased!

Two occasions in a "must do" situation
once from near Dallas, Tx to Norfolk, Va in 36 hours straight through and four years later from Dallas, Tx to Los Angeles, California straight through in 39 hours !!
Swore after the first incident that I would never do it again -- and after the second -- I damned well meant it !! Never ever ever again !!

Galveston, TX to Omaha, NE. 950 miles, stopping only for gas, food and restroom breaks. I forgot how long it took. After several hours on the road, it all blurred together.
