You could sell something nearly the same but passing it off as a real one would be illegal.

No, but if anyone is stupid enough to think it actually looks like an ipod and thinks it is as good as the real one, go ahead sell as much as you want.

PS: I just dont like the screen........ITS NOT WIDE!!!!
