yes get a flat screwdriver and take it off that way then get some bondo to patch up the little holes and match the color paint of your car to paint over the bondo.

yes any of them can be removed,you have to be careful though in some cases they are glued on,and will pull the paint off with them.check and see what or how yours is held on first ,before you try and remove it,good luck on it.

if it not put on with pins stuck on use dental floss cut right threw lay on top an sea saw threw it.Let sit in sun might help also.
