I think it is unamerican for them to get taxed without representation. Our country was founded on the fact that everyone gets a say, but without a congressman how can they have a say

Likely not, because Republicans would object to giving Dems one more seat in a tightly balanced House.

Constitutionally, it's VERY unclear. It specifically allocates seats to states, but also allows for Congress to set rules on the election of its members. My reading of the Constitution is that it's unconstitutional. You could amend the Constitution, of course (and I think that might not be a bad idea in this case, as DC having people living in it seems to have been an oversight). However, that's pretty unlikely. So, probably not going to happen.

No, it is not a state and therefore should not get a vote in Congress.

Only when or if it becomes a state.

And while that has been discussed sporadically, it's not very likely any time soon.
