Well last week Thursday I had an interview with burger king.It went very good. But earlier today I called Burger King to see if the part time crew member position was filled and this lady told me that the assistant manager did'nt get to look at the applications yet....But if I already had an interview with him wouldn't that require him to look at my application? I think she's full of S**T...lol [Wow i cant even get a job at Burger King!!!]

It's up to the manager now to decide whether he wants to hire you. Good luck!

she probably thought you were somone who just filled out an application, most of the time an assistant manager dont know WHAT their talking about - next time call and ask to speak to the hiring manager, then you wont get the run around, or the bs. just str8 to the point. good luck, and keep ya head up ♥

I know how you feel. I needed a part time job and it took me months to get a it and I had ten years full time work experience. So my suggestion is try something like Walgreen's where it's really busy and they need people. But ask yourself would you want to be at a place where you are played before you start working there?

Call back and this time ask for the assistant manager and don't talk to just anyone who answers the phone. Sounds like the assistant manager is the one who's making the decisions.

I would say that it is a good guess that you will probably get the job.I think that because they are telling you the exact stuff you will want to get.And they are telling you exactly what you will be doing. So,if I ever go by there i will stop by and buy a side of onion wrings.

if you already went to the interview then they saw your application, the person on phone didn't know probably, you should of mentioned to her that you were already interviewed. just wait a few days and you will probably hear something.

sounds as if someone considers you becoming employed there as a threat to their position. i dont think i would worry about not working there. f they are lying to you and you dont even work there yet just think how bad it could possibly get after they own you. you would probably enjoy working at a snowcone shack out on the beach anyway. right?

She probably meant he hadn't reviewed the apps. for the ones that had already been interviewed. Call again in couple days.
