Yes they will. All they do is talk to you and take pictures.
Be sure to see at least THREE ps's before deciding on who to do your surgery. I went with my second PS that I consulted with and so glad I didn't go with my first one.
Also check out this site, it helped me out before and after surgery:

I had a breast reduction when I was 17 and it was the best thing I ever did. I think the best thing to do would be to call the plastic surgeon and see if he will. I have never had kids so I don't know if they will consider it when lactating.

Any good plastic surgeon would not evalutate you while you're lactating. Your size and composition may change drastically once you stop lactating, and a doctor would be irresponsible to try anything until your hormones have leveled out and you're at your true "new" size.

Breast reduction surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called tour2india4health consultants .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Tour2india4health Consultants is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

i dont think they will they might give you something to stop the lactation if you want but most breast are larger when they have milk in them so they need to be the regular (bad word to use there, sorry) size so they can see how much needs to be taken. gl
