You need to learn hor to breath while you're swimming.
I train 3 times/week for about 45-60min and I needed to coordinate breathing with excercise.
The secret is to blow air from your nose, rather powerfully, to avoid water caming in. There is ALWAYS a secret, in life.

Of course I do, but it's kind of funny and it's all a part of summer! (it sure beats the time someone said something hilarious to me as a kid, and I put a handful of Fritos in my mouth and they came out my nose)
