Good music is a good tonic! What song or songs put you in mind of being perfectly happy or convinced that your dreams will come true :) ? They could be of any type from any era - pop music, electronic/dance, or even something like classical or gospel or a certain hymn, or maybe a good summertime song. What is there about it that gives you that euphoria? Does it remind you of someone or something, is it the ingenious way it's put together, or is it just something unexplainable?

star83_4mc: I like dance music too even though I don't dance! My favorites are 1999 - Binary Finary; Remember - Astral Inc.; Out of the Blue - System F; Heaven Scent - John Digweed. Also - a lot of songs by New Order, especially World In Motion. They are all pretty old songs by now, but I never get tired of hearing them! But I asked the question because I'm looking for some new music that I might not know about. So thanks for your answer - I will check it out!

Move Along. I believe from the group All American Rejects. This song used to be on the radio all the time, on my way to college. The song reminds me that, even when things get tough, keep on moving. Never stop. It comes on the radio now, but not as often, but it seems it comes on when I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with life. I adore music, period. I have no one favorite group, this song, however, this particular song, is inspiring to me. Great question !!

I'm not sure what it is about Bob Marley, but whenever I listen to his music it seems to soothe me.
Whether it be Get Up Stand Up, One Love, Three Little Birds, or Redemption song. They always make me calm down. I highly recommend Three Little Birds and One Love though. Those are classics.

GREAT QUESTION! For me it depends on the time of day. In the morning any given Jay-Z song such as "Wishing on a Star" will give me adrenaline to get through my day as he raps with a swagger thats consistent to the one I have climbing the corporate ladder. During the day a dose of Yolanda Adam's "This Too Shall Pass" lets me know that nothing's too rough in life for me to handle my business. In the evening any song on Phillys Q105.3 such as Al Green's "Love and Happiness" gives me a slow down for the day.
