Okay...we all know why flies are on dog crap...that's what they do.

But why are bees interested? As far as I know, there's no pollen in dog crap...

Bees go after sugar, not pollen. Pollination is a byproduct of their gathering nectars, or sugars. I take it you are not a fan of organically grown food.
