if so how long did it take for them to deposit the money in to your bank account

It took me 7 days to receive my refund

I've learned that 'snail mail' returns seem to be processed more quickly and refunds issued more rapidly than are those who file electronically. Seems backwards, but that's the way it is.

This year, I overpaid a small amount, filed my return at the last possible MOMENT (literally) and got my small refund almost a month ago.
